Circulation PoliciesTop of Page

Circulation Policies:

  • Limit of 2 books at a time for 1st-2nd and 2 books for 3rd-5th grades
  • One week check-out period
  • Renewals are allowed if the student is actively reading a book; limited when there is a long reserve list. The book must be presented to renew.
  • Students who have overdue or lost books can not check out books from the library; until the book is found or paid for. They must choose a teacher's classroom book.

Internet safety is an important issue and will become more important as our students move up in grade. So we think it is important to start the safe use of the Internet at an early age, elementary school age. These two sites are kid friendly and fun to use.

This year we will purchase Books that are geared for the California Curriculum Standards. These books will be for Kindergarten through  upper 5th grade and will cover a variety of subjects. For example technology, archeology, occupations and sciences plus others.
